Intro Stained Glass Workshop

Come make a stained glass heart for your sweetie with us! Or bring your loved one along and make a pair together! 

This is an introduction to the world of creating things in stained glass. You will learn copper foiling and the basics of lead soldering on pre-cut glass pieces. There will be a wide array of glass colors for the 4 pieces to choose from. Mix and match! The class is designed for a beginner to complete 1 stained glass heart ornament (5” by 5”).

Stained glass is a “create at your own risk” art class. There are plenty of opportunities to cut, burn, or otherwise injure yourself. We will be handling sharp objects, working with acid, and dealing with molten metal. I will try to keep you as safe as possible, but please be aware this can be a dangerous art form. Please bring your own safety goggles, sturdy garden gloves, and wear older clothes (or a smock/apron). 18 or older required.
