WE Chalk Festival is a 2 day free family friendly Chalk art experience in the West End of St. Louis Park.  

This coming July 20 and 21st, WE Chalk Festival is going to transform the streets in the Shops at West End into an outdoor chalk gallery of masterpieces.  There will be professional chalk artists from all over the globe coming to St. Louis Park to create beautiful 2D and 3D creations.   There will also be areas for amateurs and kids to create as well as a large public chalk mandala for all to participate in.
